Conclusion
In this contribution, we provide our views on NB IoT-NTN TDD mode, and have the following observations and proposals.
Proposal 1: FG for NB-IoT NTN TDD frame structure is applicable for 1616-1626.5 MSS band only.
Proposal 2: Regarding whether a new capability is needed for additional SIB1-NB transmission occasion with TDD frame structure, the legacy capability additionalTransmissionSIB1-r15 can be reused.

Conclusions
The proposals made in this contribution are summarized below:
Proposal 1: New basic UE feature group is introduced for Release-19 IoT-NTN TDD mode, considering at least the following components:
Components in Release-17 feature group 2-1b which are common for TDD and FDD operation;
UE transmits UL and receives DL in the 8 consecutive UL subframes and 8 consecutive DL subframes respectively per 90ms based on the 90ms TDD pattern;
NPSS/NSSS/NPBCH/[SIB1-NB] transmissions are dropped in non-D NB-IoT subframes;
The non-D NB-IoT subframes are not considered by the UE as “NB-IoT DL subframes” from the specifications;
The non-U NB-IoT subframes are not considered by the UE as “NB-IoT UL subframes” from the specifications.
Proposal 2: Release-17 feature groups 2-2a and 2-3a can be inherited in Release-19 IoT-NTN TDD.
Proposal 3: Release-18 feature groups 2-1e-1, 2-1f-1, 2-1g-1, 2-1e-2, 2-1f-2, 2-1g-2 and 2-2b can be inherited in Release-19 IoT-NTN TDD mode.
Proposal 4: The table in the Annex could be taken as the starting point for further UE feature discussion on Release-19 IoT-NTN TDD mode.

In this contribution we provided our views on UE features for IOT NTN TDD mode. We made the following proposals:
Proposal 1: No explicit UE UE capability signaling is introduced for IOT NTN TDD mode. Support of IOT NTN TDD mode is implicit based on indicating support for the 1616-1626.5MHz MSS band.
Proposal 2: RAN1 to discuss whether other features (Rel-17 to Rel-19) should have FDD/TDD differentiation.

Alt-2: FG 2-1 is optional with capability signaling, and Note captures “a UE must indicate the support of this FG if it supports [IoT NTN TDD mode in]1616-1625.5 MHz MSS band”
Alt-3: FG 2-1 is optional with capability signaling
Alt-4: FG2-1 is optional without capability signaling, and Note captures “a UE supporting 1616-1625 MHz MSS band must support this FG”.
