Conclusion
In the contribution, we provide our view on UE features for NTN for IoT Phase 3, with the following proposals. The list of the detailed UE capabilities is provided in Annex.
Proposal 1: A UE capability of supporting OCC length 2 with symbol-level OCC for single-tone NPUSCH format 1 with 3.75kHz SCS is introduced.
Proposal 2: A UE capability of supporting OCC length 2 with 1 slot-level OCC for single-tone NPUSCH format 1 with 15kHz SCS is introduced.

Title:	Views on Rel-19 NTN for Internet of Things (IoT) Phase 3 UE features
Release:	Rel-19
Document for: Discussion and Decision
Conclusion
In this contribution we have proposed our views on Rel-19 NTN for Internet of Things (IoT) Phase 3 UE features, and we have made the following proposal.
Proposal 1: Adopt the proposed FGs and components in Table 1 as starting point to Rel-19 UE features for NTN for Internet of Things (IoT) Phase 3.

Title:	Discussion on UE features for NTN for IoT Phase 3
Agenda item:	9.15.9
Document for:	Discussion & Decision
Conclusions
In this contribution, we discussed potential UE features for NTN for IoT Phase 3, and the following proposals are made.

Observation 1:
OCC function and its related new DMRS pattern should be defined in a single UE capability.

Proposal 1:
For NPUSCH format 1 OCC based multiplexing, separate UE capabilities for different SCSs can be considered to relief the complexity for UE implementation.

Proposal 2:
Adopt the following UE radio access capability parameters

Conclusion
According to the above discussions, we have the following proposals:
Proposal 1: New feature groups should be introduced to support OCC for single tone NPUSCH format 1 with 3.75kHz SCS and 15kHz SCS respectively in RRC CONNECTED. These features are only applicable for IoT-NTN cell for communication via satellite.

Conclusion
Proposal 1: Separate UE capabilities should be defined for slot-level OCC2 for 15kHz SCS and symbol-level OCC2 for 3.75kHz.
Proposal 2: Capture the maximum OCC length of 2 as the components for the UE capability of OCC for NPUSCH format 1.
Proposal 3: Capture the DMRS design as the components for the UE capability of OCC for NPUSCH format 1.

Conclusion
Based on the discussion in the previous section we made the following observations:
Observation 1	Based on the agreements reached until RAN1#120 on uplink capacity/throughput enhancements for NB-IoT-NTN, our preliminary view is creating one Feature Group (FG) for “Slot-level OCC” and another FG for “Symbol-level OCC”:

Based on the discussion in the previous sections we propose the following:
Proposal 1	RAN1 strives to keep the number of “UE- feature s groups” small for IoT-NTN.
Proposal 2	RAN1 captures as initial step, the UE capabilities for “uplink capacity/throughput enhancements for NB-IoT-NTN” as described in Table 1.
