Conclusion
For the issue in R1-2504573, RAN1 observed that RAN4 MAC-CE application timeline differs from that of RAN1 (k-Offset versus TA). Companies are encouraged to submit CRs to RAN1 and/or RAN4 upcoming WG meetings on whether and how to align RAN1 and RAN4 specifications.
