Conclusions
Based on the discussion above, we had following proposals.
Proposal 1: For FG 63-1, support the following revised component 4.
Revised component 4: Maximum number of LTM CSI report configs using CSI-RS as measurement resource for L1-RSRP
Proposal 2: For FG 63-2, remove component 3 ad 4.
Proposal 3: For FG 63-6, support the following revised component 2 and remove original component 3.
Revised component 2: Maximum number of the RRC configured candidate cells
Proposal 4: For FG 63-6, support the following component:
Maximum number of RRC configured CSI-RS resources for CSI acquisition per candidate cell
Max number of ranks per NZP CSI-RS resource
Maximum number of Tx ports in one NZP CSI-RS resource
Max total number of Tx ports of NZP CSI-RS resources per candidate cell
Proposal 5: For FG 63-7, remove the bracket part ‘[after the RRC configuration of configured CSI-RS resource(s) and]’ in the third column.
Proposal 6: For FG 63-7, support component 2 and 3.
Proposal 7: Add a new FG (FG 63-8) to support CSI-RS measurement based on semi-persistent CSI-RS resource (s) for candidate cell. FG 63-6 or 63-7 should be the prerequisite.
Proposal 8: Add a new FG (FG 63-9) for inclusion of current SpCell in the L1 measurement report based on CSI-RS (s). FG 63-1 or 63-2 should be the prerequisite.
Proposal 9: The reporting granularity of all L1 measurement and measurement related FG in R19 LTM should be per band combination.
Proposal 10: Adopt Table 1 as UE features for R19 LTM

Conclusion
In this contribution we make the following observations and proposals:
Proposal 1: Consider the following updates to FG 63-1:
Component 2 candidate values: {1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8}
Component 4 candidate values: L: {1, 2,3,4}, M: {1, 2,3,4}, M L: {1,2,3,4, 6, 8, 9, 12, 16}
Component 5 candidate values: Aperiodic: {0,1,2,3,4}, Periodic: {1,2,3,4}, Semi-persistent: {0,1,2,3,4}
Pre-requisite FGs: 2-21 or 2-22 or 2-23 or 2-23a.
FG type: Per BC
Proposal 2: Consider the following updates to FG 63-2:
Pre-requisite FGs: 63-1
Delete component 2 and component 3
FG type: Per BC
Component 4 (which will become component 2 after the removal of component 2 and 3) candidate values: Aperiodic: {1,2,3,4}, Semi-persistent: {0,1,2,3,4}.
Proposal 3: FGs 45-3, 45-3a, 45-4, and 45-4a should be the pre-requisite or FGs 63-3, 63-3a, 63-4, and 63-4a, respectively.
Proposal 4: Consider the following updates to FG 63-6:
No pre-requisite FG
Component 2 is updated to Maximum number of the CSI-RS resources associated with the cell indicated in the CSC
Delete component 3
Add new components:
Component 3: Maximum Rank
Component 4: Maximum number of CSI-RS ports of CSI-RS resource(s) associated with a CSI report configuration
Component 5: Support SP CSI-RSs
FG type: Per band
Proposal 5: Consider the following updates to FG 63-7:
Component 2 is updated to Maximum number of the RRC configured candidate cells for CSI measurement before LTM CSC MAC CE
Component 3 is updated to Maximum number of the CSI-RS resources per candidate cell for CSI measurement before LTM CSC MAC CE
Add a new component:
Component 4: Support SP CSI-RSs
