Conclusions
In this contribution, we provide some views on the UE feature of enabling Tx/Rx in gaps/restrictions that are caused by RRM measurements. The following proposals are given:
Proposal 1: A single FG is preferred for the support of R19 XR for all the DCI formats (0_1/1_1/0_2/1_2/0_3/1_3).
Proposal 2: Endorse updated UE feature list for R19 XR in Appendix.

Conclusion

Proposal 1:  Support Alt 1, i.e., a FG is defined for the support of XR basic feature for all the DCI formats (0_1/1_1/0_2/1_2/0_3/1_3). 
Proposal 2:  The granularity of Rel-19 XR UE feature is ‘per UE’.
Proposal 3: ‘Need of FR1/FR2 differentiation’ should be set to ‘YES’

Conclusion
This contribution concludes with following proposals:
Proposal 1: Three UE FGs corresponding to different DCI formats should be defined for 19 XR:
FG X-1: Enabling TX/RX during measurement gap scheduling restriction by DCI format 0_1/1_1 without prerequisite;
FG X-2: Enabling TX/RX during measurement gap scheduling restriction by DCI format 0_2/1_2 with prerequisite dependency on 11-1;
FG X-3: Enabling TX/RX during measurement gap scheduling restriction by DCI format 0_3/1_3 with prerequisite dependency on at least one of {49-1, 49-2}.
A preliminary UE feature table based on above discussions is given in the Appendix.

Conclusion
In this contribution, we discussed possible solutions for XR capacity improvement. We have following 
proposals:
Proposal 1: FG 64-1 is defined for the support of XR basic feature for all the DCI formats (0_1/1_1/0_2/1_2/0_3/1_3).
If UE supports FG 64-1, and if UE supports DCI format x_2, then UE supports DCI format x_2 for the skipping indication. 
If UE supports FG 64-1 and UE supports DCI format x_3, UE supports DCI format x_3 for the skip-ping indication.

Proposal 2: Type of FG 64-1 is per UE or per band.

Conclusion
In the previous sections we made the following observations: 
Observation 1	Considering the conditions imposed for the support of this feature for DCI format x_3, The functionality of this feature is no difference for DCI format x_1/x_2/x_3.
Observation 2	Upon arrival of URLLC traffic, the need for cancellation of a gap is higher to meet the delay requirements when the conditions for the serving cell is satisfactory.
Observation 3	The argument of coupling DCI format x_3 for CA and discouraging cancelling measurement gaps, in fact questions the support of feature for CA operation rather than DCI format x_3 which a strong limitation that is not supported by any agreements.

Based on the discussion in the previous sections we propose the following:
Proposal 1	For separation of X-1 per DCI format(s), support Alt. 1.
Proposal 2	Support “Per UE” for the feature Type.
	Note: In case, there is a strong interest, we can be supportive of “Per Band”.
