Conclusion
Based on the discussion in the previous sections we propose the following:
Proposal 1	Any of the spatialRelationInfToReleaseLists can be used to remove list entries per identity value. No need for spec change.
Proposal 2	No spec changes to spatialRelationInfoToAddModList field description to clarify “single” and “concatenated”
Proposal 3	Consider whether the field description for spatialRelationInfoToAddModList should be clarified by adding “...as concatenated into a single list...” (in 38331 Rapp CR).
Proposal 4	In the field description for spatialRelationInfoToAddModList, delete text “(or deleted using spatialRelationInfoToReleaseListSizeExt)” in 38331 Rapp CR.
