Conclusion and proposals
With the above analysis, we have the following proposals:
Proposal 1: RAN2 to clarify that for the mDCI mTRP:
If maxMIMO-LayersForMulti-DCI-mTRP-r16 is not included, maxNumberMIMO-LayersPDSCH is interpreted as the maximum number of layers per PDSCH if no RE overlapped.

Proposal 1a: If the proposal 1 was confirmed, agree the TP in the Annex.

Proposal 2: RAN2 to confirm that for the case 3 (maxMIMO-LayersForMulti-DCI-mTRP-r16 is absent and no RE overlappedHo), each multi-DCI based multi-TRP CC is counted 1 time toward J and thus no spec change is needed for the maximum data rate calculation.

Proposal 3: If companies can’t achieve the consensus, an LS can be sent to RAN1 to confirm the above proposal 1 and proposal 2.
