Conclusion
In the previous sections we made the following observations: 
Observation 1	RAN2 made multiple agreement on DSR cancellation with later agreement contradicting earlier agreement.
Observation 2	Latest RAN2 agreement says that DSR cancellation behaviour should be similar to BSR.
Observation 3	Current specified cancellation behaviour between DSR and BSR differs.
Observation 4	There are reasons to have aligned behaviour between DSR and BSR.
Based on the discussion in the previous sections we propose the following: 
Proposal 1	Implement the TP provided in Appendix 1 to align BSR and DSR cancellation behaviour.
