My name is Majid Ghanbarinejad. I'm a principal researcher for wireless communication systems and standards at SHARP Laboratories of America. My work on wireless standards includes 5G, 5G-Advanced, 6G, Open RAN, and IEEE 802.11. I hold a Ph.D. from the University of Alberta, Canada, and I possess 13 years of experience in communications and electronics industry. My publications and disclosures include over 100 granted/pending patents, numerous contribution papers at 3GPP, and a book on the theory of probability. I'm a licensed skydiver, science enthusiast, and film enthusiast.
